These Terms of Use and User Agreement (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the operator of BestWallpapers.net (“BestWallpapers”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They govern your use of bestwallpapers.net, the BestWallpapers mobile application, Community, Premium, downloads, credits, subscriptions, editing tools and AI or motion services (together, the “Services”).
By creating an account, publishing content, starting a paid checkout or using the Services after these Terms are presented, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase or use the affected Service.
1. Operator and contact
BestWallpapers.net can be contacted at support@bestwallpapers.net or by post at BestWallpapers.net, Karasu Resuller Mahallesi, Yeni Sokak No:42, Sakarya, Türkiye.
Before direct website payments are enabled, the seller identity, address and applicable tax details will be shown at checkout and on the invoice. For a purchase made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, the relevant store may be the payment processor or merchant of record under its own terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use paid Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Services are not directed to children under 16.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and device, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Accounts are personal. You may not sell, rent, share or transfer an account, subscription, entitlement, credit balance, download grant or protected tool session. We may require email verification or human verification before allowing publishing, purchases, downloads or credit-consuming actions.
4. Free and paid Services
Some Services are free. Others require credits, a one-time package, a subscription or an included Premium entitlement. The product screen and checkout state the current price, currency, billing frequency, included benefits, credit amount and material restrictions. Those displayed purchase terms form part of this agreement.
Purchased credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and may be used only for eligible BestWallpapers actions. Unless a product screen clearly states otherwise, purchased credits do not expire. Promotional, included or monthly credits may have separate limits or benefit periods disclosed with the offer.
5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
A monthly or other recurring plan automatically renews and charges the price and billing frequency displayed at purchase until you cancel. Taxes and store-specific charges may apply. We will not increase the renewal price without the notice or consent required by applicable law or the payment platform.
You may cancel future renewals at any time through the website account or subscription page for a direct web purchase, through Google Play for an Android store purchase, or through Apple’s subscription settings for an App Store purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless mandatory law or the payment platform requires another result. Paid benefits normally remain available until that period ends.
Except where mandatory law or the payment platform requires otherwise, subscription charges are final and non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund or prorate the current paid period. Full details and the limited exceptions are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Immediate digital supply and withdrawal rights
Digital downloads, credits, entitlements and tool access may be supplied immediately after successful payment. Where required, checkout will ask you to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that starting or completing supply may affect or end a statutory withdrawal right.
Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory cooling-off right, legal guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. In particular, different rules may apply to ongoing digital services, defective content, unavailable benefits, unauthorised charges and consumers in specific countries. If mandatory law gives you a stronger right, that right prevails.
7. One-time purchases and credits
Except where required by law, a one-time digital package or credit purchase is non-refundable once credits or access have been delivered, used, downloaded or otherwise made available after the required immediate-supply consent. A change of mind, non-use, failure to cancel before renewal or incompatibility that was clearly disclosed before purchase does not create a refund right.
If we confirm a duplicate charge, unauthorised transaction, failed delivery, material defect or unavailable paid benefit, we will apply the remedy required by law or the payment platform. We may restore access, correct the balance, replace the service, reduce the price or issue a refund where appropriate.
8. Payments, verification and taxes
Website payments may be processed by WooCommerce and Stripe when enabled. Mobile purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. You authorise the relevant provider to charge the displayed amount and allow us to verify the transaction before granting or keeping an entitlement.
You must not manipulate receipts, reuse transaction identifiers, bypass purchase verification or obtain credits through an invalid, reversed or fraudulent payment. If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, we may revoke the corresponding unused credits, subscription time or benefits. If refunded value has already been consumed, we may suspend paid access or offset the consumed value to the extent permitted by law.
9. Refund abuse and chargebacks
Please contact support@bestwallpapers.net before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate delivery, cancellation or account-linking problems. Fraudulent, repetitive or abusive refund or chargeback activity may result in restricted purchases, entitlement reversal or account suspension.
This section does not prevent a good-faith complaint, a legitimate chargeback, a statutory consumer remedy or a request allowed by the payment platform.
10. Community content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BestWallpapers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, transcode, display, distribute and promote that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and present the Services and Community. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup, cache, legal or already-shared copies.
You represent that you own or have all rights and permissions needed for uploaded content and that it does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, malicious or privacy-invasive content. We may reject, remove, restrict or preserve content when reasonably necessary for moderation, security, rights complaints or legal compliance.

11. Wallpaper and platform licences
Unless a specific item states otherwise, wallpaper downloads are for personal, non-exclusive use. You may not resell, repackage, redistribute or use a wallpaper to imply endorsement by a featured person, brand, studio or rights holder. Additional details appear in the License.
BestWallpapers software, branding, interface, code, databases and original site materials remain owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended.
12. AI and motion tools
Local tools process files on your device. A tool identified as AI, server or motion processing sends the selected input and instructions through our protected systems to the relevant processing provider. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or unlawful material, or content you lack permission to process.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other output or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review the result and ensure your use is lawful. A successful processing job or delivered result may consume the displayed credits even if you later decide not to use it. A job recorded by our systems as failed before delivery may be restored or retried under the applicable tool rules; this is a credit correction, not a cash refund.
13. Prohibited use
You may not:
- break the law or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or contractual rights;
- scrape, mirror, bulk-download, crawl or automate the Services beyond an expressly authorised interface;
- bypass rate limits, human verification, payment verification, credit controls, download protection or access restrictions;
- probe, attack, overload, disrupt or introduce malware into the Services;
- impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, manipulate Community metrics or harass other users;
- use the Services or output to create unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or misleading material.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services or request account deletion at any time. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription; you must cancel it with the relevant payment provider.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account or specific feature where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risk, payment reversal, infringement, unlawful content, repeated violations or legal duties. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and a way to contact support.
15. Service availability and changes
We may maintain, update, replace or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every wallpaper, tool, model or third-party service will remain available forever. We will not remove a paid recurring benefit or materially change a subscription without the notice, cancellation option or remedy required by law or the payment platform.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, free Services, Community content and AI output are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that user content is accurate, that a wallpaper is suitable for every device or use, or that AI output is unique or free of third-party rights. Mandatory legal guarantees for paid digital content and services remain unaffected.
17. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable, or mandatory consumer remedies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from free Services, user content, third-party services or misuse. For a paid Service, our aggregate liability relating to that Service is limited to the amount you paid to BestWallpapers for it during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires a higher amount.
18. Your responsibility and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful content, infringement, fraud, deliberate abuse or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to losses caused by BestWallpapers or to liability that cannot be shifted to a consumer by law.
19. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. It is separate from these Terms, and consent to optional data processing is requested separately where required.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator’s place of establishment, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court rights available in the country of their habitual residence. To the extent legally permitted, courts at the operator’s business address have jurisdiction.
Before starting formal proceedings, please send a clear description of the issue and requested resolution to support@bestwallpapers.net. This request does not shorten or waive any statutory deadline.
21. Changes, severability and entire agreement
We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be notified as required, and renewed acceptance may be requested. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. These Terms, the purchase terms shown at checkout, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and License form the agreement for the relevant Service.
